The app serves as a centralized platform to facilitate efficient communication, improve administrative transparency, and support day-to-day HR and facility management processes within Abeer Group.

• Employee Identification Data: Employee ID, name, department, designation, contact details, and related HR records.
• Attendance & Leave Data: Check-in/out records, attendance logs, leave requests, and approvals.
• Service Request Information: Details of IT, FMS, and BME service requests you raise.
• Shift & Schedule Data: Assigned shift timings and holiday calendar information.
• Device and Usage Data: Device type, IP address, login timestamps, and usage patterns for audit and security purposes.
• Location Data: GPS or network-based coordinates captured during check-in and check-out events.

All information collected is strictly related to employment and internal operations.
